Photos for Wildberries cards via API
Wildberries photo upload in Solistra sends finished photos to the product cards of your store through the WB API with a Content category token, or through an export file without keys. Solistra changes photos only and keeps the previous set for rollback.

Connect WildberriesWhy upload photos through Solistra
Changing photos in one card is easy in the seller account. It gets hard when you have dozens or hundreds of new photos: files must be matched to SKUs, the order kept, the main photo preserved and the result checked afterwards.
Solistra does this in one window. A Photo Studio series or generated images go straight into Wildberries cards, and the service shows a status for every card and keeps the previous photo set.
How to connect a Wildberries account
Solistra connects through a WB API token. The Wildberries help center recommends a separate token for every integration so access is easy to manage and revoke.
- In the seller account open API integrations and click Create token
- On the manual integration tab choose a basic token
- Tick the Content data category and the read and write access level
- Copy the token right away, Wildberries shows it only once
- In Solistra open Cards, add the account, paste the token and click Check
Why the Content category is enough
The Content category of the WB API covers product cards, including uploading and replacing photos. Solistra does not need prices and discounts, analytics, finance, supplies or orders, so leave those unticked.
If a token is read only, Solistra shows a clear error before any write attempt. WB tokens are valid for 180 days. When yours is about to expire, create a new one with the Duplicate button in the seller account and replace the key in Solistra.
Find a card by SKU or nmID
Search by seller SKU or by the Wildberries article number, nmID. Solistra shows the current photos of the card next to the set you are about to send, so mistakes are visible before anything is written.
Photos come from a Photo Studio series, generated images or your own uploads. The first photo becomes the main one and you can reorder by dragging.
Three replace modes
Wildberries takes the full list of card photos at once, and the order of the list becomes the order on the storefront. Solistra reads the current set first, builds the new list for the chosen mode and always sends the complete final set.
- Replace all · the old photos go and your new series takes their place
- Append · current photos stay and new ones are added after them
- Replace main only · the first photo changes, the rest stay in place
Batches, status and rollback
Send one card or a batch. Every card shows whether photos were sent, accepted by the marketplace or failed with a reason. Each account runs one active batch at a time so writes never collide.
Before writing, Solistra saves the previous photo set to history. After writing it reads the card back and compares it with what was sent, and success is shown only after that check. If you do not like the new series, the old photos come back from the log in one click.
Key security
The token is stored encrypted on a server in Russia and never reaches the browser, logs or API responses. Requests to Wildberries go directly from Russia. Disconnecting the account in Solistra deletes the key, and you can delete the token itself in the seller account at any time.
Solistra works with card photos only. It does not change prices, stock, descriptions, attributes or orders.
Export file route without keys
If you prefer not to share a token, upload a Wildberries card export to Solistra. The service matches your photos to SKUs by file name or by your choice and returns an archive with every photo named by SKU and number, plus a check report.
You then upload the photos to cards in the seller account as usual, for example through bulk photo and video upload. A ready file does not mean the marketplace will approve it.
Wildberries photo requirements
As of August 2026 the Wildberries seller help center requires JPG, PNG or WEBP, at least 700 × 900 pixels, compression quality of 65% or higher and up to 10 MB per file. A card holds up to 30 photos. Check the current help page before uploading.
Visual rules ask for the whole product on the main photo, a neutral background and one style across the series. Marketing text and loud infographics on the main photo can lower the card rating, and unnatural AI images with garbled text are listed as mistakes too.
