Why a card needs video

A photo shows one side of a product. Video shows shape, volume, texture and how it looks in motion. The Wildberries help center notes that video lets shoppers see the product from every side and helps the card stand out in the catalog.

Shooting video for every SKU is expensive. In Solistra the video is made from the photo you already have in the card.

How to make a video from a photo

Open Video and upload a product photo. It becomes the first frame. Describe one action or choose a camera preset: push in, pull out, orbit, tracking shot, drone rise, handheld or dolly zoom.

Pick a model and duration and check the credit price on the button. The server shows an estimate of generation time before you start. Download the result or rerun it with different settings.

Which model to use

Formats for marketplaces

Vertical video, VK Clips and Shorts use 9:16. For Wildberries autoplay video the WB help center lists a 3:4 ratio with an 810 × 1080 frame. Available formats depend on the model and are shown in the settings before you start.

The Wildberries help center also says one video can be added per product. Check Ozon video requirements in your seller account.

Keeping the product accurate

The model invents the motion, so small text and logos on packaging can blur. To avoid that, use a sharp photo without strong glare, describe one action at a time and choose calm camera motion for products with lettering.

Video for social media

The same video works for promotion: the vertical version goes to VK Clips, Shorts and Telegram. In Integrations you can connect VK Video, YouTube and a Telegram channel and publish clips from Solistra.
