Who this is for

This section is for buyers who pay for AI content as a company rather than with a personal card. That means brands, manufacturers, marketplace sellers, marketing, social media and production agencies, studios and sole proprietors who need AI images and video for work and paperwork for their accountant.

Feature wise, Solistra covers the same jobs as Higgsfield: the same model families, effects, characters, talking photos and camera control. The difference is in how a company pays, what documents it receives and where its data lives.

What Russian companies run into

Foreign AI tools expect a card payment. For a Russian company that usually turns into workarounds, and each one has a cost for accounting and for data protection.

• Since 2022 cards issued by Russian banks do not work in foreign online stores, so teams pay through resellers or employees’ personal cards
• Without a contract and closing documents in the company name, the expense usually cannot reduce profit tax or simplified tax on income minus expenses (Tax Code, Article 252)
• Buying electronic services from a foreign company usually makes the Russian buyer a VAT tax agent, and the standard VAT rate is 22% from 2026
• Uploading photos of clients, staff or models to a foreign service is a cross-border transfer of personal data that requires notifying Roskomnadzor (Law 152-FZ, Article 12)
• If a foreign service restricts the account, prepaid credits and past work may become unavailable

Data and moderation

The database, files and backups are stored in Russia. When a request goes to a foreign model, only EXIF free media and the prompt text leave, with no email, phone number or user ID. Foreign models are available only after consent to cross-border transfer.

Moderation runs before and after generation for every model, and there is no adult mode. Characters and talking photos with another person’s face run only after that person’s consent is confirmed.

The Constellation plan

Constellation is the Solistra plan for companies. It includes a shared team workspace and a shared credit balance, while credit volume, seats, terms and team features are agreed per company. There is no public price, and the terms are set in the contract.

Credits are reserved before a generation and charged after the result. If a model fails, the reserve returns to the balance, and the full spending history is visible in the account.

It starts with an email, and everything after that runs under a contract.
