Team and shared balance

On Constellation the agency gets a shared workspace and a shared credit balance. Staff sign in with their own accounts instead of sharing one card and password. Seats and team features are agreed when you connect.

Credits are reserved before a generation and charged after the result, and a failed run returns the reserve. The credit price is on the button before you run, so a manager sees the cost of a creative before it is made.

Project accounting and rebilling

For an agency, generation is almost always part of a client service. To justify and rebill it, you need a document in the agency name and a clear split by project.

Solistra provides a contract, invoice and completion certificate to the agency plus spending history by generation and date. The best way to split costs by client is agreed when you join Constellation, and your accountant approves the rebilling scheme.

Rights and consent of people on camera

Under the Russian Civil Code, a person’s image can generally be used only with their consent. For agencies that covers models, creators, client staff and clients themselves.

In Solistra characters and talking photos with another person’s face run only after consent is confirmed, photos of children are not allowed, and moderation runs before and after generation. The agency is responsible for rights to uploads and consent of people on camera, so keep them with the project files.

Client data

A photo that identifies a person is usually personal data. Uploading it to a foreign service is a cross-border transfer that requires notifying Roskomnadzor, and databases with data of Russian citizens must be located in Russia (Law 152-FZ).

In Solistra the database, files and backups stay in Russia. A foreign model receives only EXIF free media and prompt text, with no email, phone number or user ID, and only after consent to cross-border transfer.

Deadlines and volume

Campaigns run on tight schedules, so predictability matters. Before each run the server shows an estimated generation time, and you can close the page while the job keeps running and lands in the library.

Seasonal or large client volume is agreed within Constellation, and top ups are paid by invoice the same way.
