Bulk update photos in hundreds of cards

When you need a batch

Bulk updates make sense when the whole catalog or most of it changes: a rebrand, a new photo style, seasonal scenes, new on-model shots or a new main photo after a test. Doing it card by card is slow, and mistakes in photo order are hard to spot later.

One style across the series

The Wildberries help center advises shooting all photos of one SKU in one style and one color tone. Photo Studio in Solistra has a Series mode for this: settings from one photo apply to all, and auto adjustment evens out white balance and exposure.

Background, light, shadow and scene are set once, so cards for different products also look like one store.

Filling from a spreadsheet

Infographics and template based cards do not have to be built by hand. Upload a spreadsheet and Solistra fills the template for every row.

• CSV, XLSX and Wildberries or Ozon exports are accepted
• Columns are matched to template fields by header, with manual fixes
• Photos come from links in the export or from an archive named by SKU
• A preview of the first rows shows the result before you start

Batch upload via API

Finished photos go to cards in a batch. Pick cards by SKU, nmID or Ozon SKU, choose a replace mode and start. Every card shows whether photos were sent, accepted by the marketplace or failed with a reason.

Before writing, Solistra saves the previous photos of each card, and after writing it reads the card back. If something went wrong in some cards, you can roll just those back.

Batch modes

The mode applies to the whole batch and works the same for Wildberries and Ozon.

File route without keys

Without an API connection the batch runs through files. Wildberries takes a card export, Ozon takes an empty category template. Solistra matches photos to SKUs and returns an archive with every photo named by SKU and number.

For Ozon it also fills the template with links to the main and additional photos. A template that already lists products is rejected so your catalog is never overwritten.

A report for every row

After the batch you get a CSV check report: which cards are ready, where photos are missing and where values do not match the marketplace reference lists. A partly ready status does not hide problems, it lists them.

A ready file or a successful upload does not mean marketplace approval. The final decision stays with the marketplace.

What it costs

The batch price is shown before you start. When filling templates, credits are spent on AI steps and failed rows are not charged. One credit reserve covers the whole batch. The number of rows per batch depends on your plan.
